William is Awesome! Not only has he created some truly great apps at very reasonable pricing but he is always happy to assist with any issues with setup (usually caused by operator error :P) Rapid Reviews is a great App!

Fantastic app and easy to use and install. I really like the way it looks on my website. When I needed help with getting the reviews to show up the way I wanted, I reached out to William (the developer) and received an immediate reply, and my issue was fixed perfectly in less than 24 hours. I would definitely recommend using Rapid Reviews for your online store!

Great experience. I couldn't get my reviews to look good with any of the other apps. They just wouldn't format to my taste. William set everything up for me so I didn't even have to do it. Seamless transition from shopify reviews.

Can't say enough good things about this app and it's developer, William! I researched all of the available apps, their features, reviews, and costs and decided to try Rapid Reviews. So glad I did! Customer service is with the developer himself so of course he knows the app inside and out; he's quick to respond and very patient with all my questions. The app has even more features and customization than I realized - he really thought through developing this app! Documentation is thorough and very helpful. Pricing is reasonable and I like that all features are included with each plan - no making you upgrade to get more features.

The perfect replacement for Shopify Reviews app, but better! Easy setup, works great for product pages and even homepage featured reviews. Some of the best app support, answering always the same day, makes this a must have app for your stores.

This is honestly the best review app on the market for a great price! Why? - Easy setup! I'm not a coder AT ALL and everything just went very smooth, very clear help section. - You can try for 20 days, which gives you ample time for setup and testing. Other apps are no trial or very short! - Does not slow down your shop. Saw horrible results after adding other review app with shops of people I know - If you need help, you can just contact William, the developer, and he reacts immideately. It's just crazy! I have the app installed for only 2 days and have already gathered some reviews, which I honestly never expect. Don't hesistate with this one, just install ;)

Had to switch review apps because shopify is discontinuing theirs. Chose this one because its built for shopify and had great reviews. Setup was fast. Customer support handled the few questions I had quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this app!

The fact that William will go ahead and white glove everything for you is incredible. If you have ever installed apps before you know it can be hit or miss if everything gets installed correctly. Making sure all your apps and data "play nice" with each other can be a headache. William goes in and just gets it all done for you. That is top-notch service. In addition, the fact that Search X doesn't bog your site down can't be understated. In the sports world, the phrase "Speed Kills" is a good thing. In the online world, speed really can kill your website. Just get this app and don't slow your website down.

Upgraded from Judge.Me so I could take advantage of more features at a better value, and I could not be happier. This app is very inclusive and has everything we wanted + some. With my attention needed elsewhere, William was more than happy to help with setting my store up with the basics and removing all the extra code Judge.Me put in so I could go in and do the small edits where needed. That was a HUGE help, allowing me to get the new theme published within 24hrs. What I love the most about this app is the price. We sell on a more seasonal cycle, therefore there are months where we could go as little as 1-5 sales. Judge.Me doesn't care. They'll charge $15/mo for the features in this app, but I really really like that William's app accounts for this. Thanks for everything, William!

We switched to Rapid Reviews after Shopify announced they would be moving away from their platform-sponsored reviews app. The integration was relatively straightforward and I was able to upload our pre-existing reviews with no difficulty. When I did have questions, William was super helpful and quick in his response. The layout is clean, well-presented, and I look forward to hearing from our customers about their experience with this app!

We are a small bespoke business and our reviews are not plentiful, but they are authentic and well regarded by other customers, so the process of gathering and managing them is critical to us. We have been using another provider for two years, and have faced constant issues -political and physical on how they were handled and published. After ignoring the first few email solicits from William at Rapid Reviews, I finally gave in and had a one-on-one conference to discuss my issues and needs going forward. I wish I had responded to his emails immediately and wish this platform was available to me two years ago. I was swapped out and up and seamlessly running on the new platform within 24 hours. The platform is genius, logical, and lightning fast as are the responses for support and assistance. Five stars, oh to hell with it - TEN STARS!!
