Upgraded from Judge.Me so I could take advantage of more features at a better value, and I could not be happier. This app is very inclusive and has everything we wanted + some. With my attention needed elsewhere, William was more than happy to help with setting my store up with the basics and removing all the extra code Judge.Me put in so I could go in and do the small edits where needed. That was a HUGE help, allowing me to get the new theme published within 24hrs. What I love the most about this app is the price. We sell on a more seasonal cycle, therefore there are months where we could go as little as 1-5 sales. Judge.Me doesn't care. They'll charge $15/mo for the features in this app, but I really really like that William's app accounts for this. Thanks for everything, William!

We switched to Rapid Reviews after Shopify announced they would be moving away from their platform-sponsored reviews app. The integration was relatively straightforward and I was able to upload our pre-existing reviews with no difficulty. When I did have questions, William was super helpful and quick in his response. The layout is clean, well-presented, and I look forward to hearing from our customers about their experience with this app!

We are a small bespoke business and our reviews are not plentiful, but they are authentic and well regarded by other customers, so the process of gathering and managing them is critical to us. We have been using another provider for two years, and have faced constant issues -political and physical on how they were handled and published. After ignoring the first few email solicits from William at Rapid Reviews, I finally gave in and had a one-on-one conference to discuss my issues and needs going forward. I wish I had responded to his emails immediately and wish this platform was available to me two years ago. I was swapped out and up and seamlessly running on the new platform within 24 hours. The platform is genius, logical, and lightning fast as are the responses for support and assistance. Five stars, oh to hell with it - TEN STARS!!

We switched to Rapid Reviews after being on our previous Reviews App for about 5 years. The main reason for our switch was due to our previous review app becoming increasingly slower on both the admin panel and the customer facing reviews/questions sections. Additionally, when a major technical issue occurred within the old reviews app, it took a MINIMUM of 24 hours for their customer support to simply acknowledge our urgent email support request. Then, it took another 4-5 days for them to fix the major technical issue with their app. Even worse, the same issue occurred twice over the last 6 months, with both problems taking days to fix. Based on the above issues with our previous app, we started looking at other highly rated Shopify Review Apps and ultimately decided on Rapid Reviews for the following reasons: 1. William, the app developer is extremely knowledgable on the Shopify platform and is outstanding to work with. He has excellent communication skills and always gets back to us promptly when we have a question or a request. 2. Switching from our previous platform to Rapid Reviews was very straight forward. William really did all of the work. We did NOT have to export and re-import all of our reviews, media, and questions/answers from our old app to the Rapid Reviews platform. MOVING LARGE AMOUNTS OF DATA AND MEDIA IS PROBABLY THE MAIN REASON WHY MANY SHOPIFY WEBSITE OWNERS ARE HESITANT TO SWITCH REVIEW APPS. It seems like other review app developers make it VERY hard to switch to another review app. William seamlessly performed these critical transfer steps for us. 3. The Rapid Reviews app responds very quickly in both the Admin panel and on our website. We love this response and the fact that customers can word search all of the reviews and questions/answers sections quickly. Keyword search capability is very important to us and our customers. 4. Our Shopify Theme "Speed Score" is the highest it has been in years. This speed score increased immediately after switching to Rapid Reviews. We are not surprised since our previous review app was routinely taking 5 to 30 seconds to load reviews and perform search functions. Rapid Reviews really does load immediately. We are not surprised that this app has so many 5 Star reviews!

Worked directly with William and he was great! Didn't feel rushed for him to answer all my questions and he gave me some insights on SEO along the way. He got me through the full installation and now I'm ready to add product reviews to my products. Highly suggest Rapid Reviews!

So happy I came across Rapid Reviews. The app is so fast and has fixed the problem I had with reviews not displaying correctly and loading very slowly, as a result of the previous reviews app I was using. Setup was fairly straightforward and William was always there to help and answer any questions I had very quickly.

So far this is the simplest review app I've tried (in the best way). William is extremely helpful and personally got us all set up. Why do all the review apps suck? This one is absolutely worth your money (and it's more affordable than the others?!) I think it's maybe a bit hard to use, but I'm sure future updates will make it more dummy friendly.

How is this app not getting more recognition!? This app is insanely fast compared to the others I've tried like Judge.me or Rivyo. It's boosted our site speed significantly and all media that's submitted for reviews are automatically compressed and resized so it doesn't bring down the page speed. Highly recommended!!!

Not only do his thoughts correspond to the new time, but also his ingenious review app. William responds to inquiries personally and takes time for you and your concerns. No sugarcoating, no blah blah. Facts and, above all, a developed app that there are (still) few of its kind in the Shopify App Store. A smart and fast app that exceeds every expectation. The best part of the app is the amazing support you receive. It is a real person, not a chat bot. This makes the app very easy to install and use and gives me the confidence that if there are ever any issues with it, the developer is only an email away and I don't have to wait endlessly.

Set up and integration were a breeze and any questions we had were quickly answered in detail by the founder, William. It has additional features our previous review app would charge a large amount to upgrade for, so it's a win for us. We are in the early stages of using Rapid Reviews, however so far we would highly recommend making the switch.

Moreover, it's faster and comes with integrated AI to assist customers in writing reviews. The support I've received has been exceptional.
