Very happy with the app. When the bar did not work on the phone site, they fixed it for us right away. The statistics and reports we get are really good. We recommend this app :)

Awesome! I love the look and customization for this search, support was very helpful but I was able to customize easily. Excellent customer service!

Great app, especially considering there is a free version. The support is also excellent and there are lots of configurations so you can set it up in a way that works for you

We installed this app a few months ago and love it, the search function is much more accurate than the default Shopify search function. The search results are well organized, this has made searching our website much easier for our customers and they are finding more products. We also just set up the custom search bar for easy access to doing searches. Matt in Tech Support just provided me with excellent support to set this up just the way I wanted it within minutes! Great app, great support - I recommend it highly!!

ALMOST the perfect search app - we're hopeful to have a feature added that allows vendor names to appear in the search dropdown like it does on the search results page but need 13 more people to request that feature before the developers will work on it, so if anyone sees any value in that and is using the app, we'd love for you to join our request! We are VERY happy with this app's results for misspellings, the design and the ability to tweak the css, the ability to make the most relevant products appear in searches with the merchandising function, color-specific result images, and the speed of the app. Missing swatches on the product results pages, asked support and they told us they hope we find another app to do that.

So I was searching for a simple search results app, landed on rapid search after some searches. Amazing app with incredible functionalities right out of the box. I also love the statistics and insight data you get. Absolutely a no-brainer if you're searching for similar functions. Thanks guys!!

I was testing different predictive search apps for my new store, and this one is simply the best, it integrated itself perfectly with my Store's heavily modified theme, the accent colors are matching and the search function looks so professional now, and the best part is their free Plan for the first 1500 searches, so you can install the App and test everything then you can upgrade your plan if you liked everything, very much recommended.

Early days, but so far this app is excellent. Had a query so contacted support via chat and got an instant solution. We needed a search function for pages as well as products and this is ideal. Great analytics too.
