Extremely impressed with this app and support team. Functionality and design both very well thought out, and straightforward to customise. Had an excellent video call introduction to talk through features and when a more complex styling question came up, the support team had my request fulfilled within 20 minutes. Will definitely be recommending.

It's quite customisable and has great support, I think the other reviews speak to that as well. Compared to competitors, I'd say it's worth checking out.

Good customer service and a great app to bring shop searches on another level. We have many SKU's and the Shopify-Search itself did not met our expectations. Rapid Search is the way to go!

Powerful search app that actually improves sales on the website. Customers can easily find products and receive suggestions from the search tool for popular and related items, collections, etc. The support team is very helpful and quick to respond. So far so good! Still in trial period but it does what I want with no coding on my part. I love the functionality of this app!! I had a slight problem but Matt cleared it up for me in a very short time frame. I am very happy with the customer service! Would recommend!!
