Works great, and customer service are quick to answer and help. I changed to this app from another similar one, but THIS one will show results from PAGES/our blog as well, which I needed.

Great search app that is easy and intuitive to get set up & working in no time at all. Really like the way this app is so simple to get up-and-running with great built-in guidance notes & links to more detailed instructions if needed, but still gives a significant amount of flexibility and personalisation. Particularly good is the built-in pseunonyms feature. Great customer support too for the one small issue we had with setup which was dealt with in no time at all. Highly recommended.

So far looks very good. The support with setting up the app were great. Translated everything for me to our shops language.

Really delighted to have found RapidSearch. Looks really good on our website (on desktop AND mobile), and - unlike other 'instant search' apps I've tried - is refreshingly clear and simple. The search stats are also proving very useful for understanding what our customers are searching for on our site. This in turn is helping us to add appropriate keywords and/or synonyms, so that products don't lie undiscovered (it's very frustrating to realise that users have been on our site but have left without finding products we KNOW are there waiting to be purchased!).

I had a few issues with the but Rapid Search team solved it right away. Now my website is working amazing!

So far, so good. App installed easily. Great to have the snippet code that allows me to create a desktop and mobile search bar (vs the widget). Support sent me some further code that allowed me to centre the search bar was is great for aesthetics. Quite a bit of flexibility to control the settings and what gets displayed to customers when they search. Great thing is they have a suggestions function where you can see what others have asked for in terms of new features, you can vote and also suggest features yourself. They even give the status of the suggestions. So, app should keep getting better. Looking forward to seeing the developing functionality.

The APP is great, but this customer support is from a whole other level... They helped me customize the whole search bar! I have never had this kind of customer support! I'm a happy customer ;) !

Just installed the app. The results look much better now. I like the way it is working on mobile and desktop. I had some questions and Leslie helped right away from their chat section of their app. It is very customizable, I’m looking forward to increased sales.

Its been a couple of days since I installed it and its working well. Highly recommended if you are a small business looking for an app with a free plan.

Have been using this app for a while. It works great. Lots of ways to customise the options. Had an issue with it after i accidently uninstalled it and the support fixed it straight away and got me back on track. Would reccommend
