RS: AI Search Bar & Filter

Installed this app on our website and couldn't be happier with it. Simple to install, looks great works REALLY well. Emailed them to ask a quick question and Irisz replied almost instantly to tell me he they had tweaked something I wanted done and explained how it was done. Great app and service

A me sembra veramente utile

This app is fantastic! Especially for smaller shops that are able to benefit from the generous free plan and impeccable customer service to help boost sales with predictive searches. We experienced an increase in sales with the help of the app and are also able to monitor what clients are not able to find and take action to correct those into leads. Do not sleep on this. Highly recommended!

Good and helpful customer service will definitely be looking forward to updates or other new items that can improve my search.

Ottima app per la ricerca con ampie possibilità di customizzazione su ogni lato: design, suggerimenti di ricerca, testo predittivo... E poi - che non guasta mai - assistenza gentile e veloce. Cinque stelle!

Works great, and customer service are quick to answer and help. I changed to this app from another similar one, but THIS one will show results from PAGES/our blog as well, which I needed.

Great app with an interface & design that makes it very easy to use. Easy to tailor the front-end to match your website design together with other preferences. Great analytics and synonyms features. Very helpful & responsive support as well!

Amazing support added the search bar and fixed everything. The app itself works great, definitely recommend it!

Really great suite of features to help with searching for products in my store. Customer service is absolutely amazing. Jonas and Irisz were a great help in installing the search bar for my store :)

Great search app that is easy and intuitive to get set up & working in no time at all. Really like the way this app is so simple to get up-and-running with great built-in guidance notes & links to more detailed instructions if needed, but still gives a significant amount of flexibility and personalisation. Particularly good is the built-in pseunonyms feature. Great customer support too for the one small issue we had with setup which was dealt with in no time at all. Highly recommended.

A great app that meets our needs and a very helpful developer team who helped resolve any issues we had with integrating it into our theme.

The customer service and support is amazing! I tried (4) different search apps and Rapid Search is by far the best! Leslie(Service Rep/Developer) even took the time to fix another issue on my store! Highly recommended! :-) Very professional and helpful!! Thank you Rapid Search! Brett Vogel CEO American Tech Depot

Excellent customer service and very happy with the app results! Would highly recommend to everyone! Thank you!

Helped us implementing the app on 3 different stores! People love the search function! Highly Recommended

So far looks very good. The support with setting up the app were great. Translated everything for me to our shops language.

Really delighted to have found RapidSearch. Looks really good on our website (on desktop AND mobile), and - unlike other 'instant search' apps I've tried - is refreshingly clear and simple. The search stats are also proving very useful for understanding what our customers are searching for on our site. This in turn is helping us to add appropriate keywords and/or synonyms, so that products don't lie undiscovered (it's very frustrating to realise that users have been on our site but have left without finding products we KNOW are there waiting to be purchased!).

I had a few issues with the but Rapid Search team solved it right away. Now my website is working amazing!

So far, so good. App installed easily. Great to have the snippet code that allows me to create a desktop and mobile search bar (vs the widget). Support sent me some further code that allowed me to centre the search bar was is great for aesthetics. Quite a bit of flexibility to control the settings and what gets displayed to customers when they search. Great thing is they have a suggestions function where you can see what others have asked for in terms of new features, you can vote and also suggest features yourself. They even give the status of the suggestions. So, app should keep getting better. Looking forward to seeing the developing functionality.

The APP is great, but this customer support is from a whole other level... They helped me customize the whole search bar! I have never had this kind of customer support! I'm a happy customer ;) !

Just installed the app. The results look much better now. I like the way it is working on mobile and desktop. I had some questions and Leslie helped right away from their chat section of their app. It is very customizable, I’m looking forward to increased sales.
