So far so good, Simple enough. Just what i needed. Just finished my trial period and decideded to order "plan 1" hoping my customers are finding my products to purchase easier. The customer service is working nice so far.

I’ve been using the Rapid Search app on my Shopify store, and overall I’m very impressed. I had a question about adjusting the collection page layout to full-width, and the customer support team responded quickly and provided a working CSS solution. They were also very patient in explaining why certain customizations (like product text styles and badges) might conflict and suggested practical ways to fix it. The support experience really gave me confidence in handling the rest of my customization, and I feel like the app’s team genuinely cares about helping users. If my shop continues running smoothly, I’ll definitely consider upgrading to a paid plan. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a flexible, responsive search solution!

Great support staff, Rebeka. I had some old code blocking a function at first but they solved it within a couple of days. Otherwise we've heard great things from our customer about this new search and filter function. The only negative I could think about is that it is a bit heavy, increases load time a bit, but it's worth it. Saving customers time in the end with a great search and filter function.

This app has been an excellent addition to my Shopify store. The features are powerful and very helpful, even on the free plan, making it perfect for starting out. I have tried a few different search engines with my Shopify store and all the previous versions had slight glitches that made the search ineffective. This one works perfectly with mobiles and computer searches. Also so many extras included with it, such as identifying products in stock from the search bar, much more colourful and informative than other versions.
