I have tried a few different search engines with my Shopify store and all the previous versions had slight glitches that made the search ineffective. This one works perfectly with mobiles and computer searches. Also so many extras included with it, such as identifying products in stock from the search bar, much more colourful and informative than other versions.

Utilizzo Rapid Search sul mio negozio Shopify da qualche tempo e non potrei essere più soddisfatto dell’esperienza! L’app è estremamente facile da installare e configurare, richiedendo pochissimo tempo per essere operativa. Fin da subito ho notato che la barra di ricerca intelligente migliora moltissimo la navigazione, offrendo risultati rapidi e pertinenti che aiutano i clienti a trovare i prodotti desiderati senza fatica. Uno dei punti di forza principali è la possibilità di filtrare i prodotti e le collezioni in modo personalizzato, grazie ai filtri avanzati per tag e categorie. Questo rende la gestione del catalogo molto più semplice e permette agli utenti di affinare le proprie ricerche velocemente, aumentando le probabilità di conversione. Le funzioni di autocorrezione, suggerimenti, gestione dei sinonimi e raccomandazioni in tempo reale hanno davvero fatto la differenza, offrendo un’esperienza professionale anche ai clienti più esigenti. Il supporto clienti è rapidissimo e sempre disponibile: ogni mia domanda ha ricevuto risposta in tempi brevissimi, e il team si è dimostrato molto competente nel proporre soluzioni personalizzate. Ho apprezzato anche il fatto che l’app sia molto leggera e non rallenti il negozio, pur gestendo anche cataloghi molto ampi. In sintesi, consiglio vivamente Rapid Search a chi cerca una soluzione completa per migliorare la ricerca prodotti su Shopify, senza stress e con un’assistenza eccezionale.

Been using this app since 2020 on our Shopify store and very happy with the search function - we have over 1000 items in stock so its important customers can drill down to find what they want. Even I use it to get to items quickly!

Great app with great features and lovely customer service people! I am mainly using this app for tag filtering- I have a lot of products - over 500 and counting and was able to use tags to create filters so people can find my products easier. It’s very easy to use - you just put in the general category and then list the tags you want displayed under that category. I had some issues with getting the tags and features to match the look of my website and Rebecca and her team helped me a lot!
