So far, so good. App installed easily. Great to have the snippet code that allows me to create a desktop and mobile search bar (vs the widget). Support sent me some further code that allowed me to centre the search bar was is great for aesthetics. Quite a bit of flexibility to control the settings and what gets displayed to customers when they search. Great thing is they have a suggestions function where you can see what others have asked for in terms of new features, you can vote and also suggest features yourself. They even give the status of the suggestions. So, app should keep getting better. Looking forward to seeing the developing functionality.

This app is incredible we have been able to achieve just perfect search app sales after a short time through this. The support has helped us several times very quickly to integrate a search bar. The APP is great, but this customer support is from a whole other level... They helped me customize the whole search bar! I have never had this kind of customer support! I'm a happy customer ;) !

Just installed the app. The results look much better now. I like the way it is working on mobile and desktop. I had some questions and Leslie helped right away from their chat section of their app. It is very customizable, I’m looking forward to increased sales.

The functionality of this search app is above and beyond anything else we've tried. And, beyond the functionality, the support was among the best we're experience (if not the best). Even you can request them any new feature if you want. And they will add your request in planning List. One more thing They also have Custom Search bar. Most popular have dont have this thing. Have been using this app for a while. It works great. Lots of ways to customise the options. Had an issue with it after i accidently uninstalled it and the support fixed it straight away and got me back on track. Would reccommend

I cannot speak more highly about this app - and especially the support team. They answer quickly, and help in every way they can to explain things if you're unsure or help - we wanted some customizations and it felt like dealing with a friend. Super service - please keep up the good work guys. As far as the app goes - I am very happy, it is easy to implement! And definately has improved our search capabilities.

This was new with not many likes so I was a bit hesitant at first, but the support has been above average and the search bar works super well and super fast. definitely recommend.

The Rapid Search team was extremely helpful in setting up the search bar so that it didn't disrupt the functionality of my site. The looks are clean and will streamline my customers search for what they are looking for in particular. Will provide updates at a later date.

I couldnt install the app on my theme and I contacted the team. Didnt expect too much because it's a free app. But oh man! So so so impressed! Leslie was extremely helpful and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. I've never used an app with such quality + customer service like these guys!
