Great support experience overall. We had a specific, somewhat complex requirement: delaying payment capture until working hours resume, with a variable wait time depending on the day of the week. Support worked through it with us patiently, eventually providing a working Liquid formula that calculates the correct delay dynamically. Appreciated the willingness to dig into a non-standard use case rather than just pointing to generic documentation.
