Great support experience overall. We had a specific, somewhat complex requirement: delaying payment capture until working hours resume, with a variable wait time depending on the day of the week. Support worked through it with us patiently, eventually providing a working Liquid formula that calculates the correct delay dynamically. Appreciated the willingness to dig into a non-standard use case rather than just pointing to generic documentation.

The instant communications through chat were always "right on time"! I did not have to wait to receive assistance for a question or receive instructions. I cant believe how helpful the team was to be honest. Normally we would use a third party site for our automations but they can be tricky and require dev skills but the team at react flow helped me build my whole flow in one night. I couldn't recommend them more!

I'm not the most tech savvy but when I needed an automatic email placed, I used the chat feature. Aleksandr made the flow for me and all I had to do was import it. So easy!
