The support on this app is extreme! Best I have every experienced - they seem to be online 24/7 and either assists or helps with the entire flow you need. A+++ THANK YOU!

React Flow is far better and easier to use than Shopify's own FLOW app. React Flow is better featured (and that's already at the free level) for all the simple things one needs done. The support from Aleksandr from DevIT.Software, was awesome. He was fast, highly knowledgeable, and super patient. He created a template automation for me to import and test and tweak as required.

Reactflow ist einfach genial! Die App lässt sich super intuitiv bedienen und ermöglicht es mir, komplexe Automatisierungen in Shopify mit nur wenigen Klicks einzurichten. Der Kundensupport ist dabei außergewöhnlich – schnell, kompetent und immer freundlich. The app interface is user-friendly and setting up workflows is very straightforward. The predefined templates are also quite helpful. Although I faced a few issues initially, the support team was responsive and helped resolve them. I’d definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to automate their entire system.

Great app. Works great and creates several tags for a much better workflow. Personally I'm not that into programming or but I can read what it does and with my instructions on what to achieve they solve it quickly. Really a must for a good and easy workflow. Thanks guys!

Outstanding Support – Truly Above and Beyond! The customer support team especially Oleksandr didn't just answer my questions – went above and beyond and helped me build my flow. He guided me through steps and checked that everything was working perfectly. His dedication saved me hours (if not days) of frustration, and the end result was better than I could have done on my own. Thank you Oleksandr! Highly recommended!

So far so good. It was a little hard to learn how the programming works so i just asked them through chat and they got what I needed going right away in real time. Seems like a really cool versatile tool that you can use to automate all sorts of actions - it's like an IFTTT tool that works within the Shopify ecosystem. We wanted it to auto-fulfill our digital products that don't need shipping.

The app itself is a life saver - much more powerful than Shopify Flow. Add to that, their support team is perhaps the best you will find on any Shopify app. They have helped us develop custom workflows and solutions on multiple occasions. Highly recommended!

I've been using React Flow for my Shopify store, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The app's functionality is outstanding, offering an intuitive design that streamlines my workflow and simplifies complex tasks. On top of that, the customer service with Taras and the other guys is exceptional. I even had the opportunity to connect via videocall, which made the support experience incredibly personalized and effective. Awesome.

Not only is their app superbly thought out for any advanced automation, the development team is incredibly helpful and swift. They quickly addressed my issues and helped me find a way to implement the complicated automation that I could not do with any other application.
