A super comprehensive and well thought out app. Support team are excellent and will leave no question unanswered. I have dealt with Oleksandr and Sergey who have both been excellent in assisting us. For anyone looking to automate processes this app will have you covered, if there is not a pre-built workflow the vast range of options to modify to your needs is superb.

Have used this app for a few years with no problems. Needed to change one of my workflows recently and Taras from support explained what i needed to do. Made a mistake entering the new settings and again support helped out and had the workflow up and running in a few minutes. Great customer service and would recommend!

The app solved a problem we ended up having with Shopify's forced migration to Shopify checkout but not only that the support we received in troubleshooting Shopify data issues and helping us format the emails properly with metafields and Shopify variables was top notch.
