An easy to set up platform with plenty of customisable configurations. Highly recommended for use in addition to Shopify Flows.

A super comprehensive and well thought out app. Support team are excellent and will leave no question unanswered. I have dealt with Oleksandr and Sergey who have both been excellent in assisting us. For anyone looking to automate processes this app will have you covered, if there is not a pre-built workflow the vast range of options to modify to your needs is superb.

Have used this app for a few years with no problems. Needed to change one of my workflows recently and Taras from support explained what i needed to do. Made a mistake entering the new settings and again support helped out and had the workflow up and running in a few minutes. Great customer service and would recommend!

The app solved a problem we ended up having with Shopify's forced migration to Shopify checkout but not only that the support we received in troubleshooting Shopify data issues and helping us format the emails properly with metafields and Shopify variables was top notch. This app has been pivotal to our success as an online business. We sell classes so our setup is a little different than the typical store. React Flow has made it possible to run complex workflows off of custom Liquid code that no other flow app, including the build-in Shopify app, can do. It is very intuitive to use, and when I've needed support their online chat crew responded immediately and had advanced knowledge to help me debug. I would highly recommend this app.

Simple to use and intutive

Reach Flow is a great addition to Shopifys Flow App. There are a couple of things that shopify flow is limiting and with react flow I was able to build workarounds that just works now. Additionally their customer support is super hands on. In fact Taras was super helpful and helped me building a HTTP Request with code and really put some braind behind finding a way how to solve my problem. Thanks again

Unreal customer service, and in depth features that arent found in shopifys own flow
