Very unreliable app. The app does not work properly and has caused a lot of frustration. The support experience was even worse – we scheduled three support meetings and the contact person did not show up twice, and the third time they arrived late. On top of that, messages are often left unanswered. Overall, very disappointing support and poor reliability.
The app works okay, but has a lot of issues. Not everything works smoothly. But having tech-issues is not the problem. The problem is that the app support is seriously the worst I have ever had in the Shopify eco-system. They need days for a response and are not even reading the tickets thoroughly. This has cost us lots of resources and money.
We have integrated this app on our store, and while it did not immediatly work (due to missing parameters on our end!) the support was very fast and helpful to guide us through the process of integrating it to the shop. With this help and the app we found ourselves quite quickly being able to open a new marketplace (Kaufland) for us. 10/10 can recommend!
