The app works okay, but has a lot of issues. Not everything works smoothly. But having tech-issues is not the problem. The problem is that the app support is seriously the worst I have ever had in the Shopify eco-system. They need days for a response and are not even reading the tickets thoroughly. This has cost us lots of resources and money.
