An excellent experience with the customer support team at Real ID. They were incredibly responsive and handled inquiries about various issues in a timely fashion. They resolved any problems on our website promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend Real ID for their great service!

We are super impressed with Dylan and the Real ID team and functionality. From the start they have been responsive and supportive to help get the software implemented and running smoothly, from introduction/demo and installation support. Recently we requested that they build a Military ID verification feature so that we could verify service peoples for a lifetime discount. A few weeks later the Real ID team had successfully created this feature and yesterday a long standing customer of ours utilized it and now gets the lifetime discount. Again we cant say enough how great the support has been....this is not the case with many apps as we all know.

Customer service is 10/10 and it integrates very nicely with Shopify. Perfect for what we need and again, customer service is top notch.
