The shipping quotes are not accurate. I added a $10 markup, and the quote went up by over $200. The quotes are too high or too low compared to the actual shipping cost. It is very frustrating.
Hello, If the app is set up properly, it will return penny accurate rates. The culprit, in this case, is likely an improper setting. The merchant did not make an attempt to ask for support. Immediately after the review, Eniture initiated a support ticket on behalf of the merchant, asking for additional details so that the case could be investigated. The merchant never responded.
