DIY Real Time Shipping Quotes

Honestly wasn't sure what we needed going into the implementation of real-time shipping into Shopify — none of us on marketing know shipping software, we just knew we needed to provide our online clients with rates and shipping options. Eniture's support team walked us through it without making us feel dumb for asking basic questions, which I appreciated more than I expected to. The thing that actually sold me: they didn't disappear after we bought. Stuck around through the whole setup, answered emails fast, helped us fix stuff as it came up instead of pointing us to a help article. The app doesn't tell you that it won't work on Shopify's Basic Plan. So not only do you pay the monthly fee for the app, but you get the shaft from Shopify had have to step up to their GROW plan paid annually to get this app to work with Shopify. Following Eniture's response, they are correct but you have to dig deep in Shopify terms to recognize SHOPIFY's restriction. I'm not replying negatively toward Eniture, but I think it's in their customer or potential customer's benefit IF they made sure t emphasize the 3rd party carrier connection requirement....it's easy to miss right now. The REAL disappointment is how SHOPIFY has moved away from the platform for small business to the platform that gouges Small Business by restricting access to app's like Eniture which let them compete with the Amazons, Walmarts, and Multi-National corporations in America. I've bumped my stars from 3 to 4, I wasn't intending to negatively affect Eniture's rating.

The shipping quotes are not accurate. I added a $10 markup, and the quote went up by over $200. The quotes are too high or too low compared to the actual shipping cost. It is very frustrating.

We have been using this app for almost 2 years and are absolutely satisfied. Easily integrates with our shipping providers' accounts. It is the most comprehensive and affordable shipping app you can find on Shopify. It is an excellent tool for any business. LTL freight and parcel shipping are quoted accurately. And the support team is fantastic!

This is by far, the most powerful quoting app I have ever came across. Most notably, their freight quoting ability is phenomenal and definitely proprietary since I haven't seen any app on the entire shopify store be able to do it as well as this app. The vast amount of freight integrations, unmatched, seamlessness, and good understanding of freight quoting (class, weight, multiple units, etc). Truly unmatched. Cherry on top, this app integrates quite well with Freightdesk which is also another powerful TMS solution for printing LTL BOLS / and parcel too, but again the LTL BOL printing is unmatched. This company has somehow offered a solution that nobody else has.

Don't use ShipperHQ, ShipHawk, Clickship, or any other shipping application if you're on Shopify! This is THE most comprehensive and affordable shipping software for LTL and parcel shipments that gets the job done. They pioneered the LTL software and have been around for 10 years.

There were multiple issues setting up this app, however most of them were due to setup errors on our end.. There were some bugs showing higher rates, but after pointing it out to the Eniture team, it was quickly fixed. We were even able to suggest a way to make the app a bit better, and it was implemented a few short days later. We highly recommending using one of Eniture's shipping apps.
