Want to be able to use it but no one responds when you submit a ticket and trying to upgrade to the basic plan and unable to. Better customer service needed.

Je tenais à partager mon retour très positif sur l'application. Elle offre une excellente fonctionnalité de suivi en temps réel, et je dois dire que c'est vraiment captivant de pouvoir suivre le parcours des clients. C'est une fonctionnalité très bien pensée qui nous permet de mieux comprendre leurs comportements et d'améliorer notre réactivité. On se prend au jeu, et cela rend l'expérience encore plus engageante. Merci pour ce bel outil, c'est un vrai plus pour notre équipe !

Pretty cool app. I'm now obsessed with watching and tracking events and where my customers move around in my shop on the 3D map! so neat! Looking forward to future updates. I also LOVE the sound alerts! Gets my heart going every time I hear it happen.
