ReAmaze is absolutely the best option out there. I've used ZenDesk, Intercom, Olark, etc. Nothing comes close to having all the helpdesk / ticket integrations and support as ReAmaze. We currently have 8 staff handling 300-500 tickets a day including responding to every single facebook comment and message. Do not look any further for Live Chat, Help Desk, Email Support, Social Support software. You've found the absolute best.
