***** Beyond and above ***** Probably the best app for customer engangement and customer service when you are on Shopify. Self service with FAQ, multi channel options such as contact forms, direct emails, live chat, messaging and sociale media monitoring. What's not to like? Besides the fact that Reamaze is a powerfull app then their customer service / onboarding is excellent. Super responsive and extremely friendly. Our team loves all the features of Reamaze and yet it is super simple to use. This is a highly recommended app - no doubt. Regards Mikael ridersdeluxe.dk
