So far we are in love with Re:amaze. My team has a bounce in their step and there are so many things that are just awesome about the platform. Granted we had come from Desk.com 1 and then ServiceCloud so it was probably pretty easy to impress us. But the Shopify integration with Reamaze is excellent. I haven’t found a single thing that I have tried to do that I can’t do within reamaze. Also, it is easy to go from Shopify to reamaze from an order page so the workflows are perfect for us. We do a lot of custom products so being able to tag products in shopify as custom and populate a channel in reamaze is awesome. The chat features in reamaze was one of the big sellers for us over Gorgias. We integrated our FAQ and all of our macros… Now, honestly half of the questions are getting answered before they are making it to an email… And you can see exactly what they saw from the chatbot if the FAQs didn’t answer their questions, so we use that to make better and better FAQs. Also, love checking order status from the chat bot. Awesome.
