Application just works as expected. On our shop, answering and helping customers on spot it's a must. As for the support team ? GREAT job there guys. Fast response and on target’s bullseye. Thank you

I've used Reamaze for just over 2 years now and I have been very happy with their service and software. Any time I've had issues, their support team is on top of it and it gets answered within hours. They've also been busy working on a ton of addons and features since I've joined. Being as busy as I am, it's hard to keep up with these addons but they scheduled a 1-hr review of my account for my 2-year anniversary and helped me update my site with all the new features. Awesome! I highly recommend them for a small/medium help desk solution!!

Nothing beats this app, used it for a couple of months, and this will be a big deal on day on shopify.

This is a great platform with an awesome team who listen to feedback and make their product better every time. I have been doing customer support for many years and have used a number of help desks and I highly recommend this platform, it is one of the best I have used. We use it on our website pivotpegz.com and its been great. You can get unlimited email inboxes and also can manage multiple brands and multiple channels such as email, social, live chat and more. It syncs with Shopify and you can see customer purchase history and open orders and even a live view of website visitors. Pricing is great as well. 5 stars from me! Highly recommended. I've left a review in the past but I wanted to update it. Reamaze is truly amazing and after 3 years and now getting close to mastering all the features, (texting via email, email aliases, automated forwarding of emails with certain subject and simply regular email. It's simply as good as it gets. We have integrations with Shopify and Pipedrive along with some Zapier in the background for automation and it's definitely saving time and it's just great! Highly recommended, especially with other integrations. Besides the app working well, the customer service has been exemplary! >> 2018 >> Takes a while to master all of the features, however, this system is amazing and don't plan on ever leaving it. So far it meets expectations and we are only using about 30 percent of the features.

BEST CHAT/SUPPORT DESK APP FOR SHOPIFY – We have used many chat apps over the years and since transitioning to Shopify we have been using Reamaze and could not be more satisfied. The product offering is phenomenal and they only continue to add to it. Their support and willingness to help could not be more appreciated. So impressed, look no further, we exhausted testing with nearly every other option out there. Enjoy REAMAZE! Shoutout to Lu and Martin for their continued top notch expertise and service.

Moved from Intercom. Reamaze is much easier and simpler to understand, but still with better features. The fact you can easily link two stores and see live view is great. Well done on a great app

This chat support feature is good. Very good. It has all you need for keeping your customers happy. Tons of features and several plans to choose from. Be careful to choose the right subscription for your amount of staff or remember to change it to an appropriate one when you need more staff accounts. But it's worth double of what they charge - with amount of features and especially with the support they provide. I do NOT regret choosing Reamaze for one second. Keep up the good work!

Reamaze is by far the best support system for customer service i have used. I love that i can connect to Office365 by smtp so all mail is verified without having to use my SPF records. Very easy to use and Reamaze support team reply fast and most important they really know what they are doing. If you need a system for customer service let you self be RE:Amazed. Its worth every dollar and then some. Happy days!

Amazing app! I experienced Reamaze before and knew we had to bring it to our business. We were using another app and it just doesn't compare to ease of use and packed features of Reamaze. Too many good feature to go into detail, but you won't be disappointed. Great for handling so many channels and bringing them into one place so nothing gets missed. My only bit of constructive feedback would be the reports. They are good, but a small bit limited. If they opened that door a bit this app would be completely unstoppable!

***** Beyond and above ***** Probably the best app for customer engangement and customer service when you are on Shopify. Self service with FAQ, multi channel options such as contact forms, direct emails, live chat, messaging and sociale media monitoring. What's not to like? Besides the fact that Reamaze is a powerfull app then their customer service / onboarding is excellent. Super responsive and extremely friendly. We LOVE Re-Amaze! A lot of our customers use a combination of their Facebook credentials and email to communicate with us, which resulted in us flipping through multiple systems to figure who we were talking to and what their order history is. With ReAmaze everything happens in on clean easy to use interface. We also love that we can serve up our FAQ right in the chat window. #PowerfulReAmaze

Seriously one of the most efficient apps out there. From functionality and integration to their quick support and easy to follow instructions, i've never felt this happy about an app before. ReAmaze is absolutely the best option out there. I've used ZenDesk, Intercom, Olark, etc. Nothing comes close to having all the helpdesk / ticket integrations and support as ReAmaze. We currently have 8 staff handling 300-500 tickets a day including responding to every single facebook comment and message. Do not look any further for Live Chat, Help Desk, Email Support, Social Support software. You've found the absolute best.

Great app for managing customer service! I really like that you can connect multiple email addresses and social email channels and see all the incoming messages in one place. The app has a very nice help center with searchable FAQ's that can be displayed on your website and in the chat. Chat is included also and comes right into the same Reamaze inbox. You can also set up different chat triggers to engage customers. You can have multiple users, assign messages to them, set reminders to follow up and add internal notes to messages. Another cool feature is that Reamaze syncs to your Shopify and pulls up an order information that is displayed on the side and you can even cancel or refund orders right from the app. There is so much you can do with this app and their support is very responsive and attentive to your needs. Plus my VA loves working in this app! Highly recommend Reamaze for customer support management!
