We have had Rebuy for about a month and so far, I am happy with adding the app to my stores. The platform is a bit overwhelming at first, but our CSM, Lihuen, has been a huge help in setting up data sources and walking through different functionality and capabilities. We installed the app at the worst possible time (right before BFCM) but the Rebuy team was able to get us up and running in time. We have a couple glitches that need to get worked out, but I'm confident that with the help of Lihuen and the Rebuy team, we will have everything working smoothly soon.
