I am most impressed with Rebuy's customer service. Getting in touch with a human was relatively easy over chat, and once I did, this person helped me troubleshoot a complicated Gift with Purchase Cart widget. The widget was not displaying in the Smart Cart, and the customer service agent guided me through each step of the process, accepting my screenshots and sending their own. Rebuy has a large learning curve and requires experience and comfort coding. Onboarding is not fast. Access to a real person is greatly appreciated and necessary. Rebuy prioritizes the human experience, even though they also provide AI agents, and this makes adopting Rebuy as your e-commerce upsell app a viable option.
