Stille review for Rebuy Personalization Engine

Had amazing support agents before, especially Jessica. Now my cart is outdated because the way rebuy software was set up. So i have tried setting it up but it has been a really jarring experience, only because of the support agents i have met. I feel like the Rebuy team has not cared at all to help me update my cart, the design is already done and has been fully designed by rebuy before. But they will not help me at all this time.
