Customer service does not respond in a timely manner. I reached out on Black Friday with no response still to this day (almost a month later) and that's a day you'd think they would be all hands on deck to make sure everyone has issues solved. This app doesn't work well for my type of retail store. It was not helpful at all. It is definitely meant for shops with subscriptions and selling products that are consumed and need refills. I cancelled this app pretty quickly after BF. Be sure you have turned off any promos before you cancel this app. I went through and did that however, I'm still having issues with weird coding and the app is still showing promos in cart like free shipping over $75 even though it's been expired for almost a month. I have cancelled & deleted the app from my shop and I have no idea why this promo is still showing in checkout. I've since learned, once you back this app out of your store, you can't log in to their online site and make sure everything is turned off or trouble shoot. You're locked out with no access to your acct. So now I have customers messaging me constantly asking about free shipping and there's no way for me to get rid of this message in checkout. I've messaged Rebuy's customer service and of course, no response like usual. It would be GREAT to get a response because I need this fixed asap. I've used a similar app in the past and their customer service is 1000% better and I'll be going back to them.
