Uniqfind review for Rebuy Personalization Engine

We’ve been using Rebuy for a while now, and frankly, the value just isn’t there anymore. For the price we’re paying, we expect a high level of responsiveness and technical assistance, but the customer support has been consistently unhelpful and slow to resolve issues. In today’s market, there are too many modern, high-performing alternatives that offer similar (or better) features for a much more reasonable price point. We’ve reached the point where we can no longer justify the cost for a platform that doesn’t back its product with decent service. We’ll be migrating our store to a different solution shortly.
