We are revising my previous rating to reflect a significant turnaround in our experience with Rebuy. Following our initial feedback, Cole and Diana reached out to facilitate a call where we could openly discuss the technical and account-related hurdles we were facing. The technical issues were addressed directly by Lam, who provided the level of responsiveness and expertise we were looking for. Additionally, Cole and Diana were incredibly understanding regarding our account concerns and took the steps necessary to ensure the platform provides the clear value required for our business. It is rare to see a team take such proactive ownership of a customer’s experience. Because of their transparency and the technical resolutions provided, We've have decided to maintain our store’s partnership with Rebuy. We appreciate the team for stepping up and proving they are committed to supporting their users.
