Laser focused on email abandoned cart recover, super easy integration, able to send multiple emails! I've been in e-commerce since 2007, and Recapture has been my best app/plugin experience ever.

We've been using Recapture for a few months now, right off the bat it's been a hassle free addition to our store. Setup, configuration, customization - everything is very clear and straight forward so you can be up and running in less than 5 minutes. We looked at many abandoned shopping cart apps, We tested them out on our test store before deciding which one to go with. Recapture is by far the best one out there. It is very simple to use and it puts all the info you need in the right spot. The analytics are awesome, it will really help you fine tune your store. Shopify doesn't show you how many dollars a month you are losing to your abandoned carts either, Recapture put the info front and center. We are not seeing an 80% recapture rate after installing this and adjusting some of the info to meet our needs. And we are not doing by just offering discounts. Now one of the bigger things is the Support, it is totally awesome. You know the problem we have with apps and support, not with Recapture they are always there for you and glad to help and they understand what you are saying. GREAT Job Recapture, well done. Without a doubt this is the BEST abandoned cart solution available in the Shopify app store. We've tried using the default ones in our email clients and other apps here in the store, but the results we get with Recapture blows them out of the water every time. Currently we use this across multiple Shopify stores and normally see a 10%+ rev growth each month just by utilizing Recapture. The Recapture team is always quick to respond with any support issues or questions and are extremely open to suggestions. Stop browsing the app store ... You just found the solution you need to easily grow your store's revenue.

The best abandoned cart solution available for Shopify ... hands down. We've tried others ... and never will use another. We currently use this on multiple Shopify sites (and even a few Magento sites) and all with great success ... typically see about 12-14% increase in monthly revenue using Recapture. It is always my first recommendation to others when they ask what apps to install on their stores. The product developers are always quick to respond and incorporate our suggestions into the program. I'm thoroughly impressed with Recapture! We saw a 13% boost in revenue during the first month using the app. The setup was pretty simple and the email creation was easier than anticipated. I wanted to know if I set things up properly so I emailed the support team. They got back to me in less than an hour!! My favorite part is the dashboard showing different carts and the status of each one. It shows live carts so it can be a bit addicting. :-) Lastly, it shows the converted carts on that page. I highly recommend this for any store owners looking to increase conversion.
