Nielsenanchor review for Recart: SMS Marketing + AI

So far I love it - its a all-in-one kinda followup that´ll turn your business into a super-store! However, I see 3 things that could be easily be improved:..... 1) Get a Live Chat function for quicker response - email is sooo 1998 :) 2) Make the app free always, BUT Recart only makes money when you do. No monthly cost at all. 3) Getting 15+ days more in trial is super-duper BUT once a review is posted or a friend has joined, the extra days should be added automatically instead of writing support to get it.
