Hey there! We do have a support button and we've replied to your support messages over the past few hours - I apologize for the delay but I saw your message last night right before I went to bed on Friday night here in Vancouver, so I wasn't able to get to it. We've now sent you multiple replies and haven't heard back, we'll keep trying though! Sorry for any inconvenience, but we do have a support button and our support team is amazing!
