Recommend this app, it has many setting and features so you can tweak it as you like, manually select recommended products or let the AI do its thing.

The support is not great. They were rather rude. The app is very elementary and did not give me the results I needed. I was hoping it would use AI to recommend products based on images or product data, ie, recommend something similar in looks or description. But it relies on other data such as click thru and add to cart, which for me is not useful.
Hi There, I understand that you are not happy that the recommendations that were showing up on your store. I have been in conversation with you over the last 2 days hence have complete details of the issues. We always try to provide the best support to all our merchants. In your case, all your queries were answered within a few hours(less than 9 hours. Which is on the higher side due to the nature of your query). I understand that you had higher expectations but we have to support thousands of customers and have to look at the queries based on the urgency. You had queries regarding the quality of recommendations on a store that has minimal data. Looking at the underlying algorithm takes time and hence the response time was in hours rather seconds. I see that you found our support rude. I apologize for that. But conveying the tone is very difficult over chat. This is the very first time someone has found us rude. I can assure you that this was never the intention. As you have mentioned in this review, you had a different expectation from the application and wanted to do image processing to find the right recommendation. But you NEVER conveyed that you wanted it to be based on images. We use over 100 signals to find recommendations. As mentioned in the chat, we had asked specific questions regarding recommendations so that we can work on those. But we never received a reply for the same. You uninstalled the application and gave us 1 star without even answering our questions(which could have helped to improve recommendations). This hurts us as well as yourself because our application DOES SUPPORT recommendations based on PRODUCT DATA & IMAGES and sadly you are not taking advantage of this. This definitely makes us sad. To sum it up, I wish that you had replied to our queries and had given us a chance to work on it. It would have been hugely beneficial for your store. We are always available to help merchants. The team is really great. They modified the app to match my store perfectly! When i hit my upper limit for the widget serves, they increased my limit without even charging me more. It's no surprise the app has all 5-star reviews. If you're on the fence, trust me this is an awesome team and an awesome app.

After a lot of research of the different apps available and communicating with the very helpful support staff, I confidently installed this app and upgraded to the $69 a month plan with a few goals in mind. They assured me that with they could help us implement rule based recommendations using our product tags. I was very impressed with their team and promises. At first. It's now almost a year later and I can't say that we've had a single month where the app has worked properly. The custom css is installed and they say it's working, but the product recommendations aren't showing at all, and when they do show, they aren't showing even remotely similar products. The 1:1 product recommendations for upsell aren't even working anymore...the ones that I tirelessly created and imported so we could sell matching bands with each ring. I have no idea what's going on. The problems have been bad enough that they bumped us down to a free plan "while they get the issues fixed", but what has really happened is our store has been written off and they don't care to get the recommendations fixed. I would love to get the recommendations right so we can get back to a regular paying plan again. The last support ticket I wrote was in December. It's 9 weeks later and I've had zero response. Zero update. Zero fix. If you're looking for a basic recommendation app that randomly chooses products to recommend, this could be the app for you. If you have the time to manually create 1:1 recommendations because you have a small product set, this could be the app for you. Those are simple features that you could get for free using many of the available themes and the native recommendations feature that come with them, but if you wanted to pay extra you could get this app instead. I'll give 2 stars because the people who work there are truly nice people. Unfortunately I can't recommend to pay for the app just because the people are nice. It's obvious at this time that they can no longer keep the initial promises to create the Rule Based Recommendations that come in the Pro Plan and do not care to continue communicating with me about what's going on.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about not only this app, but the company as well. Harshul was prompt to assist us with every issue we had, and solved everything in a timely manor. We are more than satisfied with this company and will continue using any app they put out.

This app has been bringing us significant results as the team understands the customer journey well. More importantly, the support team has been really helpful and responsive in optimising our strategies and listening to our concerns. 10/5 stars for them :)

Ive tried several different apps and this is easily the best so far, The customer service is absolutely brilliant, Its a bit harder to set up than some buts its worth it.

The app is easy to understand, but the real magic lies in the customer support... it feels like they're ALWAYS available for a quick help & fix, be it font weights or us not clearing a cache, they're there to help. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I love the app! The recommendations are great! The support is competent and fast. I am more than happy. EDIT: Unfortunately I have to change my rating. When I updated my template, I needed help from support. Support often doesn't answer. There are seldom replies. That's a shame for an app that costs nearly $100 a month. I think I will look for an alternative.

I used this app to assign product recommendations throughout my site. It lets me use different types of recommendations like "you may also like" but also "frequently bought with" so you can suggest bundles. The app had trouble working with multiple currencies but the developers work on this for me and the product recommendations are now flexible across multiple currencies. Great support and great service, and a great product!

Would highly recommend this app! One of the best apps that will allow you to manually assign product recommendations per product. Looks great on any theme and the app developers were extremely helpful and quick to respond to my questions.

It does exactly what it promises to do, and it does it nicely. I've been using it with the Debut theme, and so far, I've never had any errors whatsoever. The support is remarkable and super friendly with a very quick response time ! Even with the free plan, the support takes the time to reply to all your questions, which is fantastic, and you really feel that they got your back ! The app itself is extremely simple to use, with a lot of configurations as far as the visuals, position, and the recommended products are concerned. This is with no doubt the best app and the best support I've ever experienced in shopify. I will surely go for a higher plan once my e-commerce continue to grow. I definitely recommend this app !!
