Recurly acquired Prive and completely ruined it. I don't understand the purpose of the acquisition if they just completely ignore Prive customers until they leave. Truly a terrible experience after the acquisition. Nobody at Recurly wanted to help or had any idea what was going on. Stay away!

The Recurly team is great to work with! They know how to balance both tactical and strategic conversations. We've had a few bumps in the past couple months, but they do come back with root issues and future preventions. I think the improvements in their pipeline will really help us to level up too.

The Recurly Commerce team is dedicated to helping your shop succeed. As a new Shopify user, the Recurlly Commerce team helped us set up the flow that made sense for the HeatSense shop. The feature set is robust and the set up was easy. We will be using them for both our D2C and B2B offerings. I highly recommend the team and product.

If you have a large subscription base to migrate, I would be cautious to use this app. I still have unresolved issues of their platform not triggering properly even after 6 weeks later, which they are still working to resolve. Also they were just acquired, which was unfortunate timing. Scared for the future and will be migrating away at the end of the year.
