Recurly acquired Prive and completely ruined it. I don't understand the purpose of the acquisition if they just completely ignore Prive customers until they leave. Truly a terrible experience after the acquisition. Nobody at Recurly wanted to help or had any idea what was going on. Stay away!

Update: We are currently looking for an alternative to Recurly to handle our subscriptions. We have been having difficulty with the product since Prive was acquired by Recurly and cannot get any support on our issues. We are really excited that we found Prive. The integration into Shopify was a seamless one. Big shout out to our account manager Kai. She was easy to work with and held our hand throughout the process. I highly recommend Prive for those with a subscription model business. Everything in life (& business) should be this easy!
