I am extremely pleased with the features and ease of use of the subscriptions products. Even more, the onboarding help from Rizwana and Ajsar was very straightforward and informative. They have been an excellent resource for growing my sales!

PRETTY GOOD AT MANAGING MY SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR MY ONLINE MEMBERSHIP GROUP. I USE THIS FOR FACEBOOK INSTEAD OF A PLATFORM LIKE PATREON (WHICH I HAVE USED IN THE PAST). PRETTY SIMPLE TO SET UP AND KEEP TRACK OF NEW OR CANCELED SUBS.

I had a great experience with the support team when I asked about moving subscribers from one store to another. They were very helpful, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy to understand. It really saved me a lot of time and stress. Big thanks to Sinchain—you did an amazing job! I was in a bind trying to figure out how to navigate all the buttons, widgets and links that Shopify has to offer...then it dawned on me that I could request help from the support team. Admittedly, I only expected to get AI obt support or some sort of email that advises me that someone will respond in 24-48 hours. Nope. The rep "Sinchain" was live and in chat ready to serve and I know it saved me several frustrating hours (and even some money)! 5 out of 5 Star Service.

Sinchain always goes above and beyond with polite, friendly helpful assistance! He dives in, addresses the issue and has you back on your way quickly and confidently. I have only needed assistance a couple of times over the 2 years we have been a customer, but both times I was met with courtesy and knowledge to swiftly handle the task at hand. I’m extremely happy so far. Subscriptions aren’t just a sales tool—they’re a long-term relationship with your customers. And the app you choose? It’s not just software—it’s practically a business partner. What impressed me most was their exceptional customer service. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely confident entrusting them with such a critical part of my business. They migrated my Yotpo subscriptions in under 24 hours, and the onboarding process was both professional and genuinely caring. I’ve set a reminder to come back in 6 months and update this review with the results of our partnership. But so far, it definitely feels like the right move.

The support staff at Recurpay has been incredible, and this is an understatement. They were able to get my subscriptions merged with my bundle app and get my website and page to look exactly how I wanted them to look. They respond instantly and provide some of the best customer service I have ever received.
