We had issues right away with the Proceed to Cart button not working, but the RecurPay support team is great! Even with using the free version. They stayed late on their Friday night to help, and within an hour found the app that was interfering with the checkout process. They did some testing and made sure everything was working as we wanted. As for the App itself, easy setup, easy customization, and reasonable pricing options. So far everything is great!

The customer service with Recurpay is Top notch. The service is friendly, positive, encouraging, and honestly, when setting up a business, it can be stressful. But their customer service made me want to just have a cup of coffee and be encouraged by them. Can I subscribe to hype and confidence boosting? The plans are easy to set up and the customer service response time is SUPER fast. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great support team, really helpful for Indian merchants. I was looking for subscription apps that supported Indian payment gateways for recurring payments, and Recurpay solved that problem really well

We are using recurpay for quite a while now, Its been the tool for running subscription on shopify. Team is super responsive. Shinchan remains the super-resolver everytime. All queries are resolved on priority and requirements are taken seriously. Thanks and keep it up.

recurpay is building a brilliant subscriptions infrastructure for consumer brands and more! we can't escape tech issues that do come some times with everyone with everything tech. but, believe me, when they do with recurpay, you are going to be dealing with possibly one of the best chat support overall we have experienced. by overall, we mean in all possible ways I can think of! also, you will see a cute little sinchain, which btw is also what chat calls itself! also, yes one feedback - you guys must have a call support too - not everything can be on chat every time!

I recently installed Recurpay and was absolutely impressed with the incredible service I received. I was a bit stuck on a couple of things being a complete novice so I popped onto the online chat & spoke to Sinchain. Nothing was too much trouble and all was able to be sorted out without me having to worry at all. I would highly recommend Recurpay. I am thrilled I came across them and have chosen to use them for my subscription service. Thank you!

I am still in the process of setting up my subscription product, but this app is very simple to use. I needed some support here and there and the personal prompt support has been much better than I expected. I will update this review in a few months as my subscription service comes on-line.

Ok, first time in my life support help me in something like 10 minutes to setup and customise everything from the scratch till working checkout adjusted to my needs - this is really crazy! Highly recommending, looking forward to build my subscription business on that solution.

I was leary about trying another subscription app after the last one failed me..SO I did some research online and saw that Recurpay was listed in the top 5. SO I tried it. Was a little confused so I reached out to the chat service (it's 2am where I am located) and they responded. SinChain was my rep who helped me and he/she was AWESOME! Not only did they help, they understood exactly what I needed and instead of just blowing me off or keeping me waiting he asked me a few questions and set up my subscriptions the way I wanted. All within about 10 minutes. So if you are his boss reading this, take him to lunch and give him a raise! If the app is no good, I will come back and let you guys know, but with the customer service I just received, I am going to say it is probably a great app too. Thanks and I hope this review helps someone else who is unsure.

If you are looking for subscription in india with heavy customization or even simple solution for plug and play. You can trust recurpay. These guys are doing fabulous job in doing so. P.S. This review is not complete without there live chat support. Best support sinchan ever.
