This app is great. One issue with a payment, which is most likely customer related, and their team helped walk us through to get it resolved. Great customer service.

So far so good. This is the only app I could find that would let you have auto-cancelation, fixed schedules and multiple recurring options. They also have fast and prompt support. A typo was fixed in less than 24hrs after I reported it.

I highly recommend this app—it's been consistently reliable, and the website’s visual design is both appealing and user-friendly. I love how clearly it displays discounts, and the backend of the platform is simple to navigate. Huge thanks to Sinchain for the excellent support in helping me resolve an issue with the draft date.

Fantastic Subscription App with Great Support The interface is intuitive, setup was straightforward, and the flexibility in customizing plans and frequency really fits our business needs. We migrated from Yotpo to Recurpay. The customer service was fast, helpful and marvellous. Ajsar & Rizwana made my onboarding simple and are always available with fast help. Loved my first experience. Hans

Extremely satisfied with the seamless integration handled by Ajsar and the team. Any issues that arose were quickly addressed and resolved, making the entire process simple and straightforward. By far, the smoothest migration we’ve experienced. Special mention to chatbot Sinclair, who was incredibly helpful — quick to respond and excellent at explaining product features in depth. This made our decision to transition from Loop to Recurpay much easier and more confident. Highly impressed with the overall experience.

I am extremely pleased with the features and ease of use of the subscriptions products. Even more, the onboarding help from Rizwana and Ajsar was very straightforward and informative. They have been an excellent resource for growing my sales!
