Sinchain was amazing!!! He helped me with a small feature addition to the app, and in addition helped me with a general issue on my website that had absolutely nothing to do with his app.

Incredibly helpful customer service. I had a complicated problem and Sinchain who was helping me went out of his way to spend hours researching other compatible shopify apps that would help me set up my store just as I wanted. Fast response times too, you know they genuine care about customers. I'd highly recommend.

It's really the best application I've ever tried in all Shopify applications, I don't know why I didn't try it before, I felt like I lost a lot and I didn't use this wonderful application, which literally solves all subscription problems, and provides features that other applications do not provide, and to be honest, we don't want We have to pay exorbitant sums for that, and this application has very reasonable prices. As for customer service, it is something beyond the imagination of wonderful capabilities, rapid response, and unlimited support, especially Sinchain, with whom I spoke now on live chat, and he stayed with me for a long time, and he made all the settings and plans for me himself and with ease And speed and very elegant dealings, thank you my friend and I am happy to join your wonderful application, I strongly recommend it to all shop owners who are looking for subscription services.

had a small color issue I couldn't figure out so I contacted customer support which sorted out the issue within minutes very helpful Would recommend !

What got me to write this review is the awesome customer service, but they also have just the right plan for my specific needs and top notch features. You really can't go wrong with these guys.

We have over 300 accounts that needed to be transferred over from our previous subscription app. Once that was done, everything has gone smoothly minus a couple expected hiccups with orders/accounts. But they were quick, easy fixes. We like that they solely focus on subscriptions and are able to give the attention needed. We are looking forward to working with RecurPay, and continuing to help each other grow!

I can't fault this app. Not only is it easier to use than others, it's well laid out and you can find what you need. The help they give is 2nd to none! The response time is very short and they help immediately talking in a language that's understandable (not developer talk). I couldn't recommend this app highly enough! If I could give Sinchain 10 stars I would.

I would like to thank the team behind the 'Recurpay Subscription App'. The team has been fantastic and helpful, I required many adjustments as it wasn't your run-of-the-mill subscription, but they made it happen. They were friendly and professional, I would recommend using this app if you plan to sell subscriptions, not only does the app work flawlessly, but it's the support driving behind the app; is what you will appreciate the most. 110% support and satisfaction. The app works perfectly, we couldn't be happier. I completely recommend this app.

This is the customer service that start up-and-learning clients dream of. Super fast - attentive - and not to mention friendly with a healthy sense of humor! Sinchain has stellar programming on-the-spot skills. My 3 issues were solved in under 15 minutes. That means I could redirect my customers quickly as well - which makes my team look good :) Thank you Recurpay for the balanced designer panels, the follow-up questions answered via email when I lost my connection, and your live and swift problem-solving attention!
