We migrated from Yotpo to Recurpay. The customer service was fast, helpful and marvellous. Ajsar & Rizwana made my onboarding simple and are always available with fast help. Loved my first experience. Hans

Extremely satisfied with the seamless integration handled by Ajsar and the team. Any issues that arose were quickly addressed and resolved, making the entire process simple and straightforward. By far, the smoothest migration we’ve experienced. Special mention to chatbot Sinclair, who was incredibly helpful — quick to respond and excellent at explaining product features in depth. This made our decision to transition from Loop to Recurpay much easier and more confident. Highly impressed with the overall experience.

I am extremely pleased with the features and ease of use of the subscriptions products. Even more, the onboarding help from Rizwana and Ajsar was very straightforward and informative. They have been an excellent resource for growing my sales!

PRETTY GOOD AT MANAGING MY SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR MY ONLINE MEMBERSHIP GROUP. I USE THIS FOR FACEBOOK INSTEAD OF A PLATFORM LIKE PATREON (WHICH I HAVE USED IN THE PAST). PRETTY SIMPLE TO SET UP AND KEEP TRACK OF NEW OR CANCELED SUBS.

I had a great experience with the support team when I asked about moving subscribers from one store to another. I was in a bind trying to figure out how to navigate all the buttons, widgets and links that Shopify has to offer...then it dawned on me that I could request help from the support team. Admittedly, I only expected to get AI obt support or some sort of email that advises me that someone will respond in 24-48 hours. Nope. The rep "Sinchain" was live and in chat ready to serve and I know it saved me several frustrating hours (and even some money)! 5 out of 5 Star Service.
