AAA Membership is the BEST membership in the app store. Don't bother with the other apps. AAA Membership works perfectly, and they provide excellent support and quickly. They have answered and continue to answer every single question or concern that I have had. After almost a year, I give it a 5+ rating. An added benefit is the support team. I can praise the support team enough...by chat, by Zoom or by email...they answer quickly and completely.

I found the app very complicated at the beginning but after watching the instruction video I was able to set up the plans. I had some additional questions that were responded by support immediately and I got a video tutorial for every single question. In the end, I needed a custom design for the membership boxes. These guys designed exactly what I needed and correct them three times because of my mistake and the client´s requirements. I am really happy I gave this app a try and it can do everything for me and I don´t need to remove members manually anymore! Moving from Locksmith to AAA Memebership. Thank you guys!

This is my 2nd time thanking the amazing support team!! I submitted a request for help last night, and today they have fixed the issue with my subscription plan & got things running for me! They responded so quickly & kept me updated with progress reports. I am so grateful for the care & attention they give to supporting my use of the app. - Here is my original review from 2021 - Awesome support from the team. They were very quick to respond to my support ticket, easy to work with, and had my setup issues resolved within the week. Great app, a real life saver as I needed recurring payments and membership capability for my website. This is the best solution I could find for Shopify and have now used this app on two of my websites. Thank you team. Keep up the great work!

I installed the app on the basis that I wanted to try it out and see if it could meet our requirements, but found setting things up very confusing and was puzzled by the fact that I needed to connect it to PayPal. Normally apps bill directly through Shopify. I also thought that $7.99/month was a flat fee (this is the only price shown on Shopify apps), but actually that’s only for up to 50 members. I tried to email twice to request assistance and I received no reply.

wish i could give it less than 1 Star!! Customer service not great, passed me onto their 'partners' based in India who advised it will cost me $1400 to do a few hours work...no thankyou! not interested in a company that does business in this way

Great helpful and fast support. App does everything i need on my wholesale website.
