I'll be honest - I have experienced a few technical issues with the Bold apps (about 5 issues over the period of 3 years - not bad). But at the end of the day they do exactly what I need for my business and I have not found a better option. WHAT SAVES THE DAY IS THIS: The customer service and the live chat are tremendous. They are extremely helpful, quick, knowledgeable, and have helped clear up my issues every single time. They are also very pleasant to speak with even though sometimes I'm sure I have been less than pleasant myself. Highly recommend, especially due to the great customer service.
