My experience with Casa has been great. The app does exactly what I want it to do in terms of simple functionality that allows people to buy via subscription. It notifies me when we have a subscription order, which is a great tracking tool. In addition, I needed custom code for very specific requirements to be met for our credit card processor (we are in a restricted product category), and Sam was happy to meet, discuss our needs, come up with a great solution, and implement it for a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend!

I just had the very best customer service experience! The agent replied to me right away and went above and beyond to help diagnose my problem. Not only that, she took the time to remain on the call and assist me further to ensure my issue was entirely resolved. I highly recommend and am very pleased with the service I received!
