This is my first few hours using Reelup, but so far, it has been an easy setup and I'm just about to publish. What strikes me immediately is that their support is great! I was able to get on a chat within minutes and get all of my questions answered in real time while I implemented.

We’ve been using this app for a while and have been really happy with it. It’s a simple way to add more personality to our page, and we’ve also seen a positive impact on sales. Customer support has been quick and helpful whenever needed.

App is great and the customer service is excellent. Madhu took a lot of effort into resolving my issue and was very prompt with her work, she helped me understand how to display videos on my homepage and immediately resolved my queries and issues. Great App, well done!

Absolutely love the features this application has to offer! However, something that stood out to us the most is their customer service! We scheduled a zoom meeting with their tech (Gurkirat Singh) who was able to help within minutes! We in the family run 3 businesses and all use this application, Gurkirat was able to answer the questions of all 3 businesses in my family! After the zoom meeting was done, we had additional questions and Gurkirat answered them on the live chat feature! Absolutely love supporting a company that delivers real customer service to their customers rather than ai or automated help lines! Highly Recommend!
