Really happy with the experience with Reel Up! They understood my problems properly and provided a really good solution. The team was supportive, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Really appreciate the effort and support from the Reel Up team. Highly recommended!

So disappointed with the app billing and plan pricing, this app literally overcharges users monthly, just for 200-300-400 views i kept getting charged 40 usd monthly although i was getting lesser than 3k views, i was supposed to get charged 30 usd, according to them it's their new plan's price and i had to pay 40 usd each month just for very few views of the reels, you must make some changes, since charging a user 40 usd each month for 200-500 is not fair at all, i have asked them for a refund but they kept refusing, this app is not worth 40 usd each month...

app is good and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The app is very nice to work with and highly customizable. The video player options in particular are excellent and give us a lot of flexibility in how we present content. One feature we're really loving is being able to see social interactions alongside the video. That's a real plus. The support and developer teams deserve a special mention. Gurkirat and Madhu have both been amazing and genuinely helpful every time we've reached out. Highly recommend it.
