We've used several return platforms in the past and Refundid is definitely the best so far! Customers love that they can receive instant refunds and then repurchase straight away, it creates a seamless customer experience. Refundid has been an awesome addition to our business for so many reasons, Instant refunds, customers receiving a trackable return label and the portal being very user-friendly. Instant refunds make it a quicker process for our customers to return their items, which means they can jump back online and repurchase their new items and not have to wait for them to be returned first. Setting up the app was a breeze with speedy & helpful advice of the team at Refundid. We love the idea of making returns easy for customers to receive an instant refund, get help with return shipping labels and peace of mind with tracking. The backend review system allows merchants to approve/deny the return with every risk and customer follow-up helped by Refundid.
