Setting up the app was a breeze with speedy & helpful advice of the team at Refundid. We love the idea of making returns easy for customers to receive an instant refund, get help with return shipping labels and peace of mind with tracking. The backend review system allows merchants to approve/deny the return with every risk and customer follow-up helped by Refundid. Would highly recommend Refundid for their timeliness and execution of a desirable concept!
