Aug 2025: Update review. We have decided to discontinue using this app. It has great features and usability and they seem to have new features periodically. There are some bugs that we came across when creating new discounts. Tobey is the creator and he was great at responding, asking questions and then fixing the issue. Then, came in new CS agents (Mohammed is one). Twice, they just sent us links to "Self Help" and figure things out on our own. We would let them know that we still could not figure it out, but then again, they sent us links to "Self Help". If you plan on downloading their app, just know you may get this type of assistance. I originally gave them 5 stars, now we changed it to 2 stars. It is hard to find good people. Maybe Tobey is ok with how things were handeled and maybe not. But this experience is not for us. April 2024: This is a fantastic discount app made easy to work with Shopify! We are able to create various types of discounts for our growing business. Support is fantastic as well. I spoke with Tobe on an issue I had and he fully understood and fixed my problem. Tobe is very well spoken and patient. No look further for any other discount app. This one works!

In your case, we later learned that you were looking for step-by-step personal guidance, which wasn’t clear from the start. Once this became apparent, I personally stepped in as founder, explained the technical limitations of your request, and even recorded a custom video showing a workaround using built-in Shopify discounts. While we can’t always provide one-on-one handholding for every scenario, we do work hard to balance responsive support with building new features and meeting Shopify’s technical requirements.
