Dillan vue review for Relay: AI SMS Cart Recovery

We've been thinking of having our customer service team text customers and then we found Relay. I couldn’t be happier with it. Our company is VERY focused on our brand and customer interactions and the Relay AI agent was able to match our voice. Initially we were skeptical as it’s not a real rep, but we’re happy we gave it a shot. I had the app connected & fully functioning in about 5 minutes.
