This app worked fine for us for a long time — until everything suddenly crashed. There was no communication at all when the issue occurred. We were not notified, no status update, no warning. We only realized something was wrong once it had already caused serious damage to our business. When we contacted support, we received generic, automated responses, with no clear explanation, no ETA, and no transparency about what was happening. During this downtime, we lost a significant amount of revenue, and our customers were understandably furious. The impact on our business was severe. Afterward, they offered 2 months of a free Enterprise plan as “compensation.” This was completely disproportionate to the losses we suffered. We even expressed that we were open to negotiating a fair solution — but once we did, they simply stopped responding. This is especially frustrating because we have been loyal customers for years, paying for the highest plan. Being treated this way shows a complete lack of respect for long-term, high-value clients. We have since switched to EasySell, which works flawlessly and offers far better support. With apps that handle critical checkout or sales functionality, trust and support are everything. This app failed us when it mattered most. Very disappointing experience. We cannot recommend this app to serious businesses.
