Keeper—Recover Abandoned Carts

This isn't working. Not sure what the app does with the valuable data either.

Have been using this app for years and my clients appreciate that they haven't lost their entire order they have been building on over days.

SO helpful for regaining sales and reminding our clients that they have abandoned their carts. We have definitely seen an increase in our sales.

I have been waiting for an hour and it is still not working... Will be deleting it in another hour. Will change my review if it works... EDIT: Amy reached out to me and helped me, it's working fine now! Good product! On a side note, I had to uninstall/reinstall the app to have it work. Also, she told me that the "Keep Cart" app isn't integrated with custom themes. Just so you know.

Easy to install and worked right away. The customer has to be signed in to their account for it to work but I guess that is normal? Hope it lasts.

When I log out and log back in to the same device and browser, the app pops up a window wanting to know if I want to load a cart from a previous session. If you click ok, it will stack up the cart in essence doubling the cart contents. Confusing and making errors in customer orders. Had to remove it from my store.

Installed the app, and so far i dont see much happening. But based on the other reviews, it looks like it might take a whole for it to work. So will update back.

Just doesn't work, unfortunately. Tried logging in on web browser, then my phone, and the cart doesn't sync across.

Easy to install and best of all it is free! I can't wait to start showing my customers their carts on all of their devices........

Testing this app out, fingers crossed that it will help us with saving carts across devices!! I'm really hopeful based on the reviews

Hasnt worked for our store but we are hoping after we review it that it will? . Once it starts working I will update the review with a higher rating as of now its not working.

as per others, installed fine, but didn't work, so I'm trying the review option! if it still doesn't work i will update the review. EDIT - still didn't work after review so 1 star EDIT - i may have not given it enough time :-) all working well across devices and browsers, so back to original 5 STARS. EDIT - after using, it merges carts rather than accepting the previous cart, maybe there should be an option for "merge carts" or "use saved cart". 3 stars

have some difficulty adding review for this app. hope it work, and free as promised. let see the outcome

Not yet used but it asked me to rate first.will rating again after I try this app and feel satisfied.
